Does EdgeRetail Flow require us to install new cameras?

No. Flow works with your existing CCTV infrastructure. The AI Gateway device connects to your current camera feed — no new cameras, no network overhaul, no lengthy hardware procurement. Most deployments go live within 30 minutes of installation.

How quickly can we see live queue data after setup?

Queue monitoring and wait-time tracking typically go live within the same business day as installation. Once the AI Gateway is connected to your camera feeds and configured to your store layout, real-time queue data and lane performance metrics begin appearing in your dashboard immediately.

Is EdgeRetail Flow compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and BIPA?

Yes. Flow processes all video locally on the AI Gateway device installed in your store. No raw video is transmitted to the cloud or stored beyond the processing window. Our models track motion and spatial positioning — they do not identify individuals biometrically. EdgeRetail holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and BIPA compliance certifications.

Can Flow integrate with our existing NPS or CX measurement platform?

Yes.
